With the start of a new year, it’s natural to reflect on what we’re most excited about—whether it’s new opportunities, personal milestones, or professional goals. For me, 2025 is a year of possibilities, a time to channel passion into projects that inspire creativity and connection.

One of the initiatives I’m most thrilled about is a brand-new project: a fundraising book celebrating the dogs we love. This project perfectly combines two things I’m deeply passionate about: capturing the essence of our four-legged companions through breathtaking portraits and supporting causes that make the world a better place.

The Vision for the Book

Imagine a stunning, coffee-table book filled with timeless portraits of beloved dogs and their stories. Each turn of the page tells a story of love, loyalty, and joy that only a dog can bring. The book isn’t just a collection of photographs—it’s a celebration of the love that our dogs bring to our lives.

What makes this book even more special is its commitment to giving back. Every session fee will go directly to a charitable organization, chosen for its dedication to improving the lives of animals and their humans. This means that every participant in the project is contributing to a larger mission—to support animals in need, and shine a spotlight on the vital work being done by these organizations.

Proceeds from the book sales, after printing costs, will further amplify these efforts. By joining this project, you’re not just celebrating your own dog; you’re helping to make a tangible difference for countless others.

How It Works:

• Dog Parents apply for a chance to have their dogs featured in the book.
• Selected participants receive a custom-designed portrait session for only $95.
• 100% of the $95 Session fee and book sale proceeds (after printing costs) go to the charity.
• Participants will have their dogs featured in a stunning, coffee-table book AND have a chance to purchase gorgeous artwork for their homes from their session.

While raising money for a worthy charity is my main goal of this project, I’m also passionate about creating artwork for the participants that celebrates the pets they adore. When you think of this book, picture more than just a worthy cause. Think about heirloom-quality portraits, stunning wall art, and the joy of showcasing your dog’s personality in your home. From the moment you apply, you’re investing in something that combines art and purpose.

Choosing the Right Charity Partner

Here’s where I would love your input. Selecting the perfect charity is crucial for the success of our project. I have a few causes in mind but there are so many deserving organizations out there.  I’d love to hear from you about causes that are close to your heart. 

I’m considering organizations that:

• Have a strong local presence
• Demonstrate transparency in their operations
• Focus on animal welfare, rescue, or rehabilitation

A Year of Goals and Gratitude

As I embark on this project, I’m also reflecting on how I can grow as an artist and entrepreneur in 2025. My goal has always been to create artwork that enhances my clients’ lives while honoring the special bond they share with their pets. This year, I’m doubling down on that mission, with an even greater emphasis on designing bespoke wall art and albums that are timeless and treasured.
